Kiari is an administrative assistant with experience in childcare and customer service. She worked at the Worcester Comprehensive Education and Care Teen Care program, providing childcare for teen parents, teaching parenting classes, and performing developmental evaluations and assessments.

Executive Clinical Director
Courtney Carpenter, MA, is no stranger to management roles in substance use treatment. Previously a Regional Director of Program Operations, she offered executive leadership to case management and the clinical departments for two MA locations. Courtney has a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Assumption College.

The Counseling Center operates within the Praesum Healthcare network. Praesum opened its first facility in 2004 after we identified a need for more customized addiction and mental health services in East Coast communities.
